The acai berry (pronounced ah-SAH-ee) snd its many benefits has spread throughout the country like wild fire. There's not a magazine, Internet site or even your own email that doesn't espouse the wonders of acai. Most people have heard about it through word of mouth because of their friends' and family members touting their positive experiences with these berries and their amazing abilities. But depending on which study you read or website, there are naysayers that claim the acai berries have no known health benefit.
