Research into the effects of Vitamin C shows that health is determined by the degree of electrons flowing into cells. Electron currents determine the health of the cell.
All nutrients are suppliers of electrons, and toxins are absorbers of electrons. Vitamin C is special in the sense that it has a positive effect on so many different diseases and appears that whatever poisoning, disease, or inflammation there is, cells, molecules, and atoms lose their electrons to the poisonous substance. Poisonous substances steal electrons from the core molecules of the cells. The more electrons your cells lose, the sicker you more electrons you can add to your cells, both in number and power, the faster you get well, and the faster you turn your condition around.
This applies to both chronic conditions and short-term illnesses. Everything has an effect on the body. Every substance produces or takes electrons, and thus strengthens or weakens health. The chemical structure of substances, as well as how easily the substance can get to the specific place in the body, determines how fast it has an effect on that particular area or condition.
All toxins create oxidative damage because a lot of electrons are taken. The original substance reacts with oxygen and gets damaged in the process, similar to iron losing its strength and composition through the rusting process.
Vitamin C may counteract anything. All toxins and infectious diseases cause oxidative damage. Vitamin C can counteract the damaging effect. Stress, chemicals, pollution, and radiation all are causing oxidation, and thereby damage. Whereas most animals can make their own vitamin C, humans cannot, so they need to get their Vitamin C from their food.
So go ahead and drink another cup of orange or lemon juice, or have some fruits and vegetables, and you will support your health.
Unfortunately, this will not be enough, as we need more than what our foods can naturally supply us with. On the one hand, our food does not contain as much Vitamin C (or other vitamins and minerals). In some cases, there is a 50 -90% reduction in the last 60 years because of how we grow our food. But we also need more because of our living conditions, like radiation, stress and chemicals in our food and environment.
When you take vitamin pills, use only those made from natural sources, as chemically made vitamin C cannot be absorbed by the body. The very best source of vitamin C is, next to natural fruit and vegetables, are supplements made from concentrated fruits and herbs.
